St. John's has several spaces available for rental for short or long term use.

We are open to the possibility of long-term
tenancy, as well as single use rentals.

General Rental Policies
St. John's is pleased to make its facilities available to the public for meetings and events, and for long-term rentals. All rentals are made at the discretion of the Pastor and the Church Council. We are pleased to say that our building is mostly all wheel-chair accessible, particularly on the main level, with wheel-chair accessible restrooms.

All donations for space usage are due at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your event are refunded with a $50 fee. Refunds are not given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event.
All rental groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up, including putting up and taking down of tables and chairs, and for disposing of trash properly. We do not have a janitor on staff, so all groups are asked to leave the spaces they are renting as they find them.

The Sanctuary seats 200 persons. It has a sound system and projection capabilities. Excellent for concerts and other performances, and for large meetings.

100 person capacity. Chairs and tables available, as well as a small kitchen. This room is fully wheelchair accessible. This room also has a sound system. Excellent for meetings, retreats, small performances, craft shows, dinners, other events.

Small, but mighty!
Capacity for up to twenty people. Two seating areas: around a conference table, or at comfortable couches. This room is fully wheelchair accessible.

Suitable for long-term office space rental, includes a small bathroom. This room is wheelchair accessible via a small elevator from the main level.

Larger classroom, also suitable for long-term rental. This room is also fully wheelchair accessible via the elevator from the main level.
This room is lit in such a way that it could be two offices in one suite.
Suitable for short or long-term rental. Capacity for 100 persons. Includes access/use of a full commercial kitchen. Wheelchair accessible via the elevator from the main level.
