General Rental Policies
St. John's is pleased to make its facilities available to the public for meetings and events, and for long-term rentals. All rentals are made at the discretion of the Pastor and the Church Council. We are pleased to say that our building is mostly all wheel-chair accessible, particularly on the main level, with wheel-chair accessible restrooms.

All donations for space usage are due at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your event are refunded with a $50 fee. Refunds are not given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event.
All rental groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up, including putting up and taking down of tables and chairs, and for disposing of trash properly. We do not have a janitor, so all groups are asked to leave the spaces they are renting as they find them.
